Bookings

To book an appointment, please use the 'Book Now' button at the bottom of each website page. To ensure up-to-date availability, I kindly ask that all bookings be made online (except for touch-ups).


Appointments become available only 60 days in advance. All appointments for the next month open on the 1st of the previous month at 8am; for example, all February appointments will open on January 1. Appointments book up incredibly fast 🙌🏻 If you do not see any availability, it means all available appointments are booked. 


Appointments are first come, first serve.


I do not offer a waitlist, but any last-minute openings will be posted on Instagram stories.

Appointment Policies


Please read the following policies carefully before booking. These guidelines help protect my time, your time, and the integrity of my schedule. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.


No-Show Policy

A no-show is when you miss your appointment without notification.

  • If you miss one appointment time, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment to rebook.
  • If you miss two appointment times, you will be unable to book with Arch&Co again.


No-shows take up space that could be given to another client, result in lost income, and impact the flow of my business. I understand that life happens—please always reach out if something comes up so we can handle it respectfully.


Deposits & Cancellations

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit.
  • If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If you miss your appointment, your deposit is forfeited.


Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • For consultations, arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the appointment being canceled.


Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the “Change Appointment” link in your confirmation email or by contacting me.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
  • You may reschedule a maximum of three times. After that, the appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Due to limited availability, rescheduling may result in a delayed appointment.


Perfecting Sessions

If your perfecting session (touch-up) is pushed beyond 6–8 weeks, additional charges may apply.


Illness & Emergencies


If you’re unwell, please reach out before canceling and we can reschedule your appointment.


Weather

Arch&Co remains open during snow or winter conditions as long as roads and sidewalks are clear. The 24-hour cancellation policy still applies unless weather conditions are unsafe. If you’re concerned, please reach out as soon as possible.

Deposits

A deposit is required to be paid online via credit card or Paypal to book and hold appointments and will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances.  Consultations are non- refundable. Taxes charged with your deposit do not go towards your appointment cost.

Payment and Pricing

Credit card, cash, debit and etransfer are all accepted. Gratuities and tips are always appreciated! 


Initial brow appointments and perfecting appointments are separate pricing. Pricing is subject to change at any time, please check out the online booking link for accurate up-to-date pricing. The price of your appointment is guaranteed not to change once you are booked in. All  products  and  appointments are subject to the appropriate taxes.


Refunds for products (unworn in packaging)can be issued for up to 30 days after purchase. There are no refunds for gift certificates or services.

Results

While, we will do our best to accommodate you and provide detailed and dedicated service during all of our procedures, every person heals and retains products differently and as we have no control over the healing process, we cannot guarantee or provide a warranty for your results. You will be given a complete list of aftercare instructions; however failure to follow these instructions can cause, but are not limited to: prolonged redness, loss of pigment and infection. 


Additional appointments may be required to obtain optimal desired results and will be at your own expense.


There are no refunds under any circumstances.

Follow-Up Appointments

Brow Perfecting Sessions/Touchups can be made no sooner than 6 weeks following your initial appointment in order to let your skin heal. Did you miss your 8-10 week scheduled perfecting session? No problem, you can book a 10-20 week appointment, this appointment is an additional $25. If you can't fit your appointment into the 10-20 week range, please book an Annual Touchup (additional $75). The ideal time to come for your annual touchup is if you brows have faded 35%, have shifted in colour and/or your brows are starting to look patchy or uneven.


Additional Microneedling appointments can be made 4 weeks following your first treatment. 


Peel follow up appointments can be made every 2 weeks to one month.


Fine Line Tattoo touchups can be made 6 weeks after your initial session.


Additional appointments may be needed to refresh your brows/ skin. All additional appointments are an added cost not associated with your initial appointment.

Previous Cosmetic Tattoos/Colour Correction

Previously done cosmetic tattoos are by approval only. I do not do touchups on other artist’s work. Unfortunately, sometimes nano or microblading may not cover your old brow tattoo fully. If your brow tattoo is not faded at least 50%, unfortunately it may be unsuitable for a cover up without removal first. Clients with previous cosmetic tattoos MUST book an in- person consultation prior to booking a full appointment. 


Please note that you may be denied a full appointment if your old brow tattoo was not done correctly. 


Colour corrections are by approval only, you must send in a photo or book an in-person consultation prior to booking. Colour corrections are best for dark, saturated brows and those who are otherwise happy with their previously done work. If you have red or light coloured eyebrows that need reshaping, a coverup is more suitable.


If you come  to your appointment with previous permanent makeup, without prior approval, your appointment may be refused and you will forfeit your deposit. 

Procedure Refusal

I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who we deem as unfit for any procedure due any reason. This includes, but not limited to illness, pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, rudeness,  diabetes, anyone under the age of 18 and being inebriated. 


Please disclose any conditions, treatments, illnesses, allergies or injuries prior to your appointment and refer to your respected treatment page for people who may be unsuitable for our treatments. Failure to provide these details may result in the loss of your deposit and appointment. If you are unsure if you are a suitable candidate, please email me before booking. There will also be a detailed intake form at the time of your appointment.

Health Concerns/Doctors Notes

Certain conditions (such as autoimmune diseases, history of MRSA, heart issues, blood issues, diabetes etc) will require a Doctor's Note approving the procedure, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you are unsure if you fall under this category.

Guests, Pets, and Children

No guests, children or pets are allowed at the time of your appointment.

FREE Cancer Survivor Brow Service

Arch&Co is proud to partner with the Canadian Cancer Society and to offer completely free microblading services to cancer survivors! This procedure can only be completed on patients who are already finished chemotherapy/radiation and heavy medication. Unfortunately, I cannot take on anyone in stage 4. You must wait 3 months or more since your last treatment before having your brows done. Proof of diagnosis/ treatment is required to be eligible and a Doctor's Note may also be needed if you are on current or ongoing medication. This service is for microblading and includes the initial and touchup appointment only, all further appointments will be an additional cost. Please contact Arch&Co for eligibility or book a consultation.
