Masks are not required, however I encourage you to wear a mask during your appointment. If you are coughing or sneezing during your appointment, you will be required to wear a mask for the remainder of your appointment. As always, I will continue to wear a mask from start to finish of your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell in any way or have been in close contact with someone who is sick, please contact me immediately to reschedule your appointment. There will be no penalties to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments must be rescheduled within one month of the cancelled appointment due to sickness in order to retain your deposit. If you book after one month, a new deposit must be paid.
At Arch&Co, safety has always been and will continue to be a top priority. Your service provider Jasmine, is First Aid, Blood Bourne Pathogens and Aspesis Certified. Arch&Co is Island Health Inspected, which means that every tool, surface and policy has been meticulously inspected by Island Health Arch&Co will continue to adhere to its strict cleaning protocol. This includes, hand washing, high-level disinfecting all surfaces before and after each use and being one of the only studios that work with all single use, disposable tools. We have also added rigid cleaning protocol to all shared surfaces such as, door handles, soap dispensers and bathroom areas. Unwind, knowing your appointment will be in a private room that has been pre-sterilized and set up just for you!

Unfortunately, I do not make bookings in person, through email or on the phone to ensure up-to-date availability (except for touchups).
If you cannot find an available appointment, please check back regularly as new appointment times open every week. A consultation appointment, if you cannot find any full appointment times, will ensure you get in sooner.
I do not have a waitlist, any appointments that come up last minute will be posted to Arch&Co's Instagram/Facebook stories for booking.
If you choose to cancel your appointment for ANY reason, you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be cancelled. Please book your appointments carefully and contact Arch&Co with any questions.
If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be unable to book with Arch&Co in the future. In addition to loosing your deposit, you will need to pay 50% of the missed appointment cost if you would like to rebook. If you have not paid a deposit, and did not show up for your appointment, you will need to pay 100% of the appointment cost to rebook.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may be unable to fulfil your appointment due to booking constraints and your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
You can change your appointment up to 24hrs prior to the appointment, please use the ‘change appointment’ button on your confirmation email to reschedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24hrs, you will forfeit the deposit and need to rebook.
Due to limited availability, I may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date. If your rescheduled perfecting session is outside the 6-8 week mark, there will be an additional charge.

A maximum of 3 rescheduled appointments can be made before your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited (this includes rescheduling for any reason).
If you are over 10 minutes late for your consultation appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.
Arch&Co is open in the snow, the roads are plowed and the sidewalk will be cleared, however if you are unable to make it to your appointment, the 24hr cancellation policy does apply. If you are unsure about making it to your appointment, please contact Arch&Co immediately.
A deposit is required to be paid online via credit card or Paypal to book and hold appointments and will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances. Consultations are non- refundable. Taxes charged with your deposit do not go towards your appointment cost.
Credit card, cash, debit and etransfer are all accepted. Gratuities and tips are always appreciated!
Initial brow appointments and perfecting appointments are separate pricing. Pricing is subject to change at any time, please check out the online booking link for accurate up-to-date pricing. The price of your appointment is guaranteed not to change once you are booked in. All products and appointments are subject to the appropriate taxes.
Refunds for products (unworn in packaging)can be issued for up to 30 days after purchase. There are no refunds for gift certificates or services.
While, we will do our best to accommodate you and provide detailed and dedicated service during all of our procedures, every person heals and retains products differently and as we have no control over the healing process, we cannot guarantee or provide a warranty for your results. You will be given a complete list of aftercare instructions; however failure to follow these instructions can cause, but are not limited to: prolonged redness, loss of pigment and infection.
Additional appointments may be required to obtain optimal desired results and will be at your own expense.
There are no refunds under any circumstances.
Brow Perfecting Sessions can be made no sooner than 6-8 weeks following your initial appointment in order to let your skin heal. Did you miss your 6-8 week scheduled perfecting session? No problem, you can book a 9-20 week appointment, this appointment is an additional $25. If you can't fit your appointment into the 9-20 week range, please book an Annual Touchup (additional $75). The ideal time to come for your annual touchup is if you brows have faded 35%, have shifted in colour and/or your brows are starting to look patchy or uneven.
Additional Microneedling appointments can be made 4 weeks following your first treatment.
Perfecting Peel follow up appointments can be made every 2 weeks to one month.
Fine Line Tattoo touchups can be made 6 weeks after your initial session.
Additional appointments may be needed to refresh your brows/ skin. All additional appointments are an added cost not associated with your initial appointment.
Previously done cosmetic tattoos are by approval only. I do not do touchups on other artist’s work. Unfortunately, sometimes nano or microblading may not cover your old brow tattoo fully. If your brow tattoo is not faded at least 50%, unfortunately it may be unsuitable for a cover up without removal first. Clients with previous cosmetic tattoos MUST book an in- person consultation prior to booking a full appointment.
Please note that you may be denied a full appointment if your old brow tattoo was not done correctly.
If you come to your appointment with previous permanent makeup, without prior approval, your appointment may be refused and you will forfeit your deposit.
I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who we deem as unfit for any procedure due any reason. This includes, but not limited to illness, pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, rudeness, diabetes, anyone under the age of 18 and being inebriated.
Please disclose any conditions, treatments, illnesses, allergies or injuries prior to your appointment and refer to your respected treatment page for people who may be unsuitable for our treatments. Failure to provide these details may result in the loss of your deposit and appointment. If you are unsure if you are a suitable candidate, please email me before booking. There will also be a detailed intake form at the time of your appointment.
Certain conditions (such as autoimmune diseases, history of MRSA, heart issues, blood issues, diabetes etc) will require a Doctor's Note approving the procedure, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you are unsure if you fall under this category.
No guests, children or pets are allowed at the time of your appointment.
Arch&Co is proud to partner with the Canadian Cancer Society and to offer completely free microblading services to cancer survivors! This procedure can only be completed on patients who are already finished chemotherapy/radiation and heavy medication. Unfortunately, I cannot take on anyone in stage 4. You must wait 3 months or more since your last treatment before having your brows done. Proof of diagnosis/ treatment is required to be eligible and a Doctor's Note may also be needed if you are on current or ongoing medication. This service is for microblading and includes the initial and touchup appointment only, all further appointments will be an additional cost.
